Liked the location. Central to everything. Staff friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much for them.
Air conditioner in room would leave condensation on floor at times which could be slippery in middle of night from wet areas on floor.
8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
The location was why I booked this hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
I did not like that you had to pay for guests to come back to your room.

Location is great. Extremely clean hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Nice room.
Day bed a little too soft / sink.

Excellent location for access to both Patong Beach and Bangla Rd. Wonderful pool, clean and comfortable rooms, and exceptional staff.
