Location and look / appearance of the hotel is perfect. The history of the hotel is excellent too. Easy walking distance of central bruge.. Im talking a few minutes.
Reception staff are efficient but slightly out of the way of normal hotel hustle and bustle.... We saw more of the cleaners tbh.
No restaurant for eve meals. But breakfast is good.
Not sure that it's great value for money....bit pricey

In a good area but had a problem with the room, was not happy where it was so we had the bedroom changed when we went to the room door was open bed had been used and so had the bathroom so complained we had another bedroom but we could not sleep with all the traffic so after one night we changed again this room was lovely but it did take the edge of some what with all the problems.
