I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay in Bruges. Overall, it was a wonderful experience staying in a charming historic mansion, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the warm hospitality provided.
However, there were two specific issues that impacted my stay: the presence of animal hair on the living room sofa, and an unpleasant sewage odor originating from the sink. Should these two matters be addressed and resolved, I would gladly award five stars.
