We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The location is fantastic! The sea is nearby, and the metro station is just a short walk away, making it easy to reach all the main attractions and places of interest. There are also plenty of lovely cafés and restaurants in the surrounding area.
The breakfast deserves a special mention — it was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from every morning.
Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay. The combination of excellent staff, cleanliness, spacious rooms, a convenient location, and delicious breakfast made our experience truly memorable. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this hotel!
Nothing to dislike — everything was perfect!

Staff were very nice, bed was comfy enough.
The price was a bit excessive, but then again we booked late and it was a holiday weekend.
And we were put in a room which was adapted for disabled guests, which wasn't terrible, but slightly weird and unexpected. Phones with big buttons and no room for a bath, etc.

Close to a perfect beach, walkable to the city centre if you like long walks (we do).
The ground floor and breakfast area are the standard I would expect for the hotel..
..but the rooms and the rooftop area are dated, broken, smelly, ugly and definitely not worth even the off season price (still over 200eur/night). And yes, we complained about the room that smelled of cigarettes - got a new one. Someone was sleeping there. Pretended the hotel was full but finally found a third one - was in a terrible state as well. The corridors smelled terribly. The rooftop was not welcoming. Cleaning below average. No idea how this hotel came to 4 stars in Europe.
