Nice little boutique hotel.
Great insulation for noise, even from the street!
The manager could be slightly nicer to guests and learn a bit more how to use a hotel software. All the other staff was very very nice.

The location was great and the beds were comfortable.
The elevator was broken. Upon arrival, we were given the wrong room (one king vs the 2 twin beds we booked). The bathroom door was loud and had a large gap and insufficient counter space.
