The Pump House is a perfect place to rent if you want to explore all the areas London has to offer! You are a 2 minute walk to the Tube station which connects you to major attractions in 12 minutes. There is a grocery store around the corner to supply the house with essentials and breakfast foods. We stayed 8 days and loved it. There were 2 families and we had plenty of room! It was SO quiet at night since it is in a courtyard:) We would definitely stay here again and thank you so much!

Excellent location, very close to the tube station. Less than 2 minutes to a small grocery store, less than 5 minutes to a large grocery store and river. Some very nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. Felt incredibly secure since there was controlled access to the property which is surrounded by high walls and 2 gates. Lots of hot water with good water pressure. Missing air conditioning, which normally isn’t a problem except that there was a freak heat wave while we were there. Quiet location with no noise at night and minimal noise during the day. Highly recommend to others to stay here.

Warm welcome from the Host Manager, and regular contact to check all OK, (and from the Owners themselves). Location amazing, two minutes to Canada Water Underground Station, local Sainsburys, the Lake (with plenty of birdlife), and 5-8 mins to the local Mayflower (historic) Pub, and Tescos supermarket. The property is as described, a fabulous 4 floor building, so all guests can have their own space. All modern facilities. Clean and tidy, with useful 'Instruction Guide Booklet', awaiting our arrival. Beds comfortable. Being a gated community, it felt very secure. We have no hesitation in recommending this property, and would look to stay there again in the future. Thank you.

Good bones and fun location except for backing up to the bus station. Surface clean, but needs a deep cleaning. Beds could be more comfortable and kitchen could use some upgraded utensils and pans and serving bowls. Better ventilation on hot days would improve this property greatly. Convenient to transportation and groceries.
