La centralità della struttura, la casa nuovissima e con tutti i servizi (macchina del caffè, cucina nuovissima, lavastoviglie) e tanto altro

Location was great for central London and the job that we were doing. It served a purpose for our stay. The views were also lovely and the apartment was well maintained.
The check in process was inefficient having to collect the key from a shop, overall it just appeared suspicious as we were asked to not talk to the concierge. which I found bizarre. Trying to obtain a refund from our holding deposit was also difficult and a frustrating process.

A bit noisy from the living room but ok for the bedrooms. The view from living room is very nice instead.

The room's were spacious. The living room was good. Kitchen facilities were good.
The living room sofe was very uncomfortable. The blinds in the living room and bedrooms were damaged. The heating was not good. Water tap in the common toilet was not functioning properly. The floors weren't clean.
The door key gets stuck and it's very hard to open the door.
