In a great location. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Basic amenities but was perfect for our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Location couldn't be better. Perfect. Very clean.
The bed's mattresses were a VERY BIG DISSAPOINTMENT.( room 11 ) They have become old with constant usage making a hole in the center and after 2 nights gives you a stiff back.( To the owners I would request an immediate change of these as that was the only negative. Take it as an advice from a well wisher ).

Location, location, and location (once we found it) And it had all the accuterments we want and use.
Difficult to find, making better written directions in the customer's language desperately needed.

The shower worked well and was spacious and the air conditioning in the room worked well.
A functional and clean place to stay, however extremely loud.
Reading reviews prior to booking, I was mostly interested in comments saying how peaceful and quiet the location is. But in reality, it is not.
San Sebastián is full of tourists, with bars open late and park benches surrounding the hotel where people hang out and get loud, way into the night. I could hear people partying and having arguments outside my room until 2am most nights and on two occasions 3am and 5am. Yes 5am...I had to work while staying here which is why I requested a quiet room, but unfortunately, I had been given a room on the side facing the main street.
Just be aware, you may be placed in a very loud room in the middle of an intensely busy area.
Even if your room isn't facing the main street, I cannot see this place being rated as quiet.
