Convenient location. 10 mins walk to JR STATION Iriya exit. Comfortable beds and pillows
Very small compact rooms which is fine.. Room has insufficient light and the full length mirror can be relocated to take advantage of natural light? ( currently a pillar blocks it) . The position of tap makes it difficult to use / fill up the kettle kindly provided by the hotel

We booked a twins bed room and it was larger than I thought, as hotel room in Tokyo are always very small. Well-equipped.
Quite far away from Ueno Station which required around 10 to 15 mins walk. The air con is a bit noisy but acceptable. May consider providing air purifier in room too.

Location was good
Property was dated. Rug in room was frayed. Bathroom floor was unfinished. Room was so small that we had to climb on the bed to pass each other to get to the bathroom. Felt claustrophobic.
