Beautiful property and lovely friendly owners. The evening meal on the day of arrival which was sirloin steak followed by allotment crumble and lemon curd ice cream was incredible. The buttery brioche for breakfast was so good! I highly recommend booking to eat when you stay you really won't regret it. The dining room was spacious and very welcoming even though I was dining on my own the owners took the time to speak to me about what my plans were and great tips on where to visit to make the most of the area the next day.
I booked the single room and the room was really large and very comfortable looking on to the inner courtyard with an absolutely huge bathroom.
The garden is stunning and I spent some time outside wandering around felt like an oasis off the street also got to meet the chickens.
I will definitely return with my boyfriend so that he can also experience the welcome, comfort and amazing food that I did!

What an absolutely wonderful and unforgettable experience!
Everything about our stay was simply perfect. The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service is truly exceptional
But what made this place so special was the incredible kindness and hospitality of the lovely couple who own the hotel. Their genuine warmth, humility, generosity, and beautiful personalities truly touched our hearts. They made us feel not just like guests, but like part of their family
It is rare to meet such wonderful, down-to-earth people who put so much love and care into everything they do.
We are leaving with beautiful memories and so much appreciation. Thank you both for making our stay so special!

A hidden gem. This was really special. Beautifully refurbished guesthouse and award winning garden.
Our hosts, Graham and Karen, are clearly into making this an extraordinary place and experience, with attention to all details from the interior decoration, lighting and good craftsmanship, to delightful, home made breakfast using local produce and home made preserves.
We only stayed for a night, but wished we had booked more!

The hotel was beautiful and very welcoming, but the experience was ruined by the service and payment issues.
The "included breakfast" mentioned on their page was extremely limited.
Worse still, their card machine (POS) was not working. When I offered to pay via bank transfer, they refused to accept it and insisted that I withdraw cash instead, which resulted in a €30 withdrawal fee on my end. I would not recommend staying here until they fix their payment methods and provide what they advertise.
