Great hosts, nice breakfast, perfect location for a round trip.
Maria and Roberto was very nice and helpful.
Would have been nice to get some hanger to dry the towels after usage.

We chose this place because of its convenient location near Pompeii, as we had a tour booked the following morning. It was only about a 10–15 minute walk to the archaeological site, which was perfect!
Our flight was scheduled to arrive in Naples at 10pm, so we knew we would be checking in quite late. I messaged the property in advance to let them know, and they were incredibly accommodating! The host had sent very clear instructions, including a video showing us how to access the parking area, the property, and our room for self-check-in. Everything was easy to follow, making our late arrival completely stress-free!
They were also kind enough to let us leave our rental car parked there after checkout while we did our Pompeii tour. Breakfast was delicious, too, and the croissants were hands down the best we had during our entire trip!
If you're looking for a convenient place to stay near Pompeii, I would definitely recommend this property!
There wasn't anything we disliked about our stay! Just a couple of things worth mentioning for future guests. The mattresses were a little firmer than we personally prefer, but that's entirely subjective.
The other thing to be aware of, especially if you're driving a rental car, is that exiting the parking area can be a little tricky. The road is on a slight incline, and visibility in both directions is limited until you pull forward a bit. Just something to be mindful of when pulling out, particularly if you're not used to driving in the area.

Location - 20 mins from the main area, close enough but out of town so quiet to come back after a long day exploring. Close to the train station and ruins.
Room was very clean. Fresh croissants every day. Family run.
It was lovely, just a basic stay.

The location is really good to visit the Pompeii sites.
The toilet and bathroom were dirty and it really seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned! There was hair in and around the toilet etc. The towels also smelled really bad. I didn’t feel comfortable taking a shower and staying there although the staff and the breakfast was okay. But it was just dirty.
