Our 5th time staying at this hotel to use as a base to explore the ancient sites/villas. Always book the suites with view over pompei savings to versuvius. Very clean and courteous staff. The pizza restaurant on site is nice to eat in, especially at the end of a long day.

Comfortable room in a location directly across from the entrance to the ruins. Nice breakfast and very accommodating staff.

Great location within walking distance from the train station and facing the archaeological park.
The room was adequate for our needs although could not understand there being a kettle and 2 tea bags but no coffee or milk!
The lady in charge of breakfast was extremely welcoming and helpful. There was a good choice of food made all the better by the view as the breakfast room is on the 4th floor.
We stayed for 4 nights and as we had a packed agenda booked half board which was a huge disappointment. The restaurant is connected to the hotel but also open to the public and could be noisy as our room was situated above. The menu for half board was very limiting made worse by the fact that we had to pay service charge, of which we were unaware, every night !
