The staff were incredibly nice about a technical issue regarding my friend and me being put into separate rooms, they adjusted them so that we were still able to get into the same room. It’s in the heart of London so you can get everywhere easily, it’s perfect for quick and affordable stays.
This is an own preference but I liked the vibe at this place, you have a bar underneath and a place for people to get together and enjoy music till around 2am before it’s silent. But if you cannot sleep through loud noise of people talking I wouldn’t recommend this place for you.
This is an own preference but toilets are shared, 3 toilets with showers upstairs for various people from different rooms, so you’ll have to wait for a bit if all of them are occupied at the same time, and this takes longer if someone’s decided to shower.

The location was def at an excellent location, so close by to all the spots and you can best travel London on e-bikes, which is right around the corner from the hostel.
It was a bit loud in the room due to the room being right above the pub! and there are only 3 washrooms for the entire floor so I had to wait for a long period of time.
I also think the place needs to invest of hiring more staff, poor staff was trying to manage the pub and reception work at the same time, which caused a delay in my check-in

The staff in the venue were good and friendly.
On returning to the venue after going out for the evening the head doorman was completely out of order and attempted to ruin our stay in London by being aggressive and threatening and would not let us in to finish the night off.
I reported him when we checked out so hopefully this has been sorted.
