Location and price were excellent
It just looked a bit scruffy, and could do with just a bit of TLC.

Rooms were clean and well kept. Most staff were courteous and accommodating
Two staff gave me wrong information
One said I could not switch rooms or didn't share the option.
A second did not give me accurate information as I had asked for lower bunk for mobility issues. It turns out lower bunk was available and I was able to access
The outdoor common space with picnic tables had trash piled up and it was smoking area. There were no non smoking areas. Smell of smoke wafted i to reception area. Music was loud but that may be age related .
