The helpfulness of the staff was exceptional. Miss Kathy was outstanding. Breakfast had a very good variety on the menu. The room was good and beds comfortable.
Just the stairs but that was not a big problem.

Good central location and friendly, helpful staff.
I was offered baggage storage and use of shower facilities as I was flying late in the evening which was a bonus.
The room I booked was not available and they offered a downgrade option… what can you do? They did reduce the price by 15% but not the point.
Breakfast options limited.
