Beds lovely and comfortable. Room very clean. Nice helpful staff on reception that helped with directions. The continental breakfast was really good. Short walk to the tube station. Free tea/coffee /cappuccino etc.
We were on the very top room so a lot of stairs to climb. You had to let the water run for at least 5 minutes or more to get hot water which I think is shocking wasteful.

The property is in a nice area..i felt safe at all times..plenty shops..bars..food places within easy walking distance.
The Lords Hotel is actually divided into three separate buildings..the one I was in was two streets up from the main building which i thought was a bit misleading.

Location was really good! The neighborhood was quiet but with walking distance there were a lot of restaurants, cafes etc.
We stayed there four nights but our towels weren't changed at all although those should have been changed after three nights. Cleaner visited our room just after the first night but not at all after that.

The location was very good, with being close to several metro stations and bus stops. The staff that we interacted with at reception were also very helpful. We could check-in ahead of time as our room was ready. There is also a secure (paid) luggage storage or for free in the common room. The common room had coffee and tea-making facilities. The free breakfast was okay.
I have seen reviews that there is a severe sewage smell. Unfortunately, our room also had that. It was not all the time, but it kept crawling back. It was in the toilet, and also if you opened the window too. For this reason only, we would not go back to the hotel, but everything else was fine.
