Thoughtfulness on everything they offer. We felt so welcomed.
Nothing.

Traditional yet fancy experience.
The private baths are really clean and enjoyable, the biggest public bath is only 20 seconds away from the property.
The breakfast and dinner are well thought and enormous.
Everything was just perfect.

Everything was taken care of and the proximity to Goshinoyu was very nice. The meals were fantastic, and the service was comprehensive but not overbearing.
There were some small places in the room that had a bit of dust, but it did not affect the quality of our stay.

Great location. Helpful front desk staff. Owner was delightful.
The woman who was our server/room attendant didn’t really know what she was doing. She knew very little about the food and experience. It was disappointing.
