Everything from the kindness of the staff to the beauty of the property. The food was delicious and the baths so relaxing.

The staff were extremely friendly, giving us a tour of our room, and explaining how everything works. We also had a dinner with the hotel, where our waiter explained everything we were given, and had great conversations with us while dishing out our food! He also recommended a great footbath cafe in the town!
We weren’t allowed to take our welcome drinks from the bar to our dining room, but that wasn’t too much of a problem.

Breakfast was poor, limited selection average quality and lack of service.
Dinner with crabs were good and service was excellent.
Onsen was average with many people and too crowded.
