Great location 5 min walk from the station, 15/20 minute walk to the Colosseum. Good size room, very clean, help yourself breakfast, cereals, pastries, apples, coffee/tea. Easy check in, have to let host know when 10 mins away to be met at property. Daily room clean. Shared kitchen with shared fridge.
Shower adequate bit small, no window. Nowhere to leave luggage if you have a late flight.

Clean accommodation steps from the Underground station, with friendly staff, clear communication, flexible early check-in, and fresh bean-to-cup coffee.
Poor Breakfast: Too sweet and limited (mostly croissants/biscuits). Savory options like sandwiches are needed.
Shared Bathroom Issue: Major drawback. The bath plug was intentionally removed to restrict water use, which felt unhospitable.

The place is very close to the Termini train station/metro with which you can go anywhere in Rome fast. The host is very friendly and even though I booked last minute, came within 10 minute of calling him.
The area has some sketchy people but I didn't have problems whatsoever. It's a place with shared bathrooms, it could use a few hangers for stuff. The shower water was cold which was bearable in the hot weather.

Proximity to the station
The apartment is quite clean, but the building itself is filthy. The lift doesn’t work.
