Giorgio creates an atmosphere as if you’d walked into a friend’s flat in Rome. This isn’t your run-of-the-mill accommodation; of course, it’s in a brilliant location, the standard is really good, and the breakfasts are superb. But without Giorgio, it would be just another place to stay in this city. Thank you for a wonderful stay, the advice, the recommendations, the interesting tips, and the lovely time we had. We highly recommend it and hope to see you again.

Excellent location with a very personal host Giorgio who made us feel at home with his generous Italian breakfast and lots of useful information which place to visit.

We had a very nice stay, the place is a very good valye for money, two streets from Termini station and 2 tube stations there. The owner is very caring and nice, she made freshly cooked breakfast every day, recommended sightseeing and always resoinded immediately to our needs. The room is walking distance from most if the sights. I would recommend to everyone visiting Rome.
Nothing within the owners control.
