Great location and staff were friendly. Room was nice and comfortable.
No towels in bathroom and had to walk up 4 flights of stairs.

๐ Good location, just within Hanoi Old Quarter.
Cafes, resto, souvenir shops are just around the corner.
Easy to locate.
๐ค Staffs are really nice, very accomodating.
Can speak English Language.
Can help you carry your luggage, and can explain to you very well all the information that you needed.
Also, they will give you list of places, foods to eat& must do activities to try in Hanoi.
๐ They accepted our on-the-spot hotel booking. We book by 1:30am, and we need to check in by 2:00am, but still they accepted us. Thank you very much Hanoi Golden Hostel! ๐ฅฐ๐๐๐
Aside from that, they upgrade our room from Standard Room to Superior room without additional charge during our 2D1N stay. ๐
Really grateful for this hotel. ๐ Thank you again! ๐
