Everything ! A lovely room with a beautiful view. The staff was very nice and helping.
Hard to fit in the stairs and no lift for the last floor.

The bed had a proper duvet and plenty of pillows
Both times we stayed here we were allocated the room on the 6th floor. This is 6 sets of narrow spiral staircases to carry our suitcases up.

Location is great. Room is spacious. Staff is kind and helpful.
The sheets were visibly stained with old stains that did not wash off. The shower had bad pressure.
