Everything! The location is beautiful, step outside and you have the canyon opposite. The room is fully inside of the rock and the breakfast was fantastic.

What we loved most about this hotel was definitely the kindness and hospitality of the staff. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay special!
Everything was perfectly organized, especially the shuttle service. We left our car outside the city center, and the driver took us into Matera, sharing interesting stories about the sights along the way and even stopping at an absolutely breathtaking viewpoint.
The hotel itself is in an incredible location. You could simply sit outside for hours, admiring the magical views of Matera. Upon arrival, the receptionist took out a map and personally marked all the places we should visit, where to eat, and what not to miss.
Our room was beautiful, with an authentic Matera atmosphere that made the whole experience even more special. The breakfast was also lovely, with plenty of variety.
But what really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Their warmth, kindness, and attention to detail are on another level. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Matera. Truly unforgettable!

Breakfast is abundant and staff is at your disposal and friendly. Rooms are huge for what you pay.
The furniture is quite elementary and cleaning can definitely improve…
