Location,,easy to get to from train station
Bus station 5mins walk away, Hotel lovely and clean ,staff very nice and helpful and make sure your happy with everything. Great selection for breakfast where your not rushed, also they serve lovely food in the hotel too
There was nothing i didnt like really ,if i had to pick soething it would be the lack of a lift ,but on saying that you could always ask for a lower floor if ypu had mobility issues.

Great central location. Good bonus that the hotel had car parking. Good sized bedroom. Good bar area & dining room.
Long wandering walk to bedroom. Requested walk in shower, which we received, however bedroom was on the first floor, long wandering walk to room then the shower room was up 3 stairs within the room. Lots of cobwebs & dust both within room & in common areas.

Location good
Room and bathroom a good size
Decaf tea and coffee in Room
Sunday roast lovely
Carpet didn't look as if it had been hoovered
Parking a problem
Breakfast could of been better
Price of garlic bread £8 for 4 small pieces, £2 a 1/4 slice . Chicken bites £9 for 5 small pieces. Not worth the money.
Breakfast buffet not ideal, wasn't a relaxed breakfast when you are up and down getting tea. Toast, cereal etc
