Great location, super friendly staff, very accommodating when we asked for a late checkout. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
Tv in room not working.

The location is great, everything at a walking distance. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was good, with gluten-free and vegetarian options available.
The hotel is a bit run-down and could use some updating.

I am staying here whilst a relative is in hospital. An ideal location as walking distance to hospital as well as tesco extra. Short walk (maybe 5mins) to the seafront.
For the money not only is the room clean and comfortable. There is a kettle, biscuits, tissues, hairdryer, decent size mirror and a fan! The bathroom is super clean .
Breakfast is a simple continental breakfast- ham cheese, pastries, yogurt, fruit etc. And there is a separate toaster for gluten free bread which is a nice touch.
Can't fault anything.
I mean if you are expecting the world for low prices then you might say the paint and carpet in the corridors are tired (and I have got lost in the maze of corridors occasionally) but the room is fine.

"Lovely well equipped room in easy walking distance to the promenade and shops and able to park at the back of the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful."
