This was my second year staying at Hotel Charles, which overall was very satisfactory. However, I would have preferred a shower rather than a bathtub, as it would be more practical. Regarding breakfast, there was less variety than the previous year; on the final day—Monday morning at 8:00 a.m.—certain items, such as milk and fruit juice, were not available.
Otherwise, I would recommend the hotel for its quiet atmosphere and the professional, reliable service at the front desk.

The room was that nice, that comfortable that it felt like home. Breakfast was fresh with many yummy things to eat and the staff was always ready to help with anything. The location was perfect for me as I needed to reach the centre almost everyday which was only minutes away. Same with the metro, bus, mall. Perfect location. I also want to say a special thank you to you Emil. Never have I met someone so kind, so soft-spoken and so professional at the same time during my numerous travels. He made everything so easy. Simply unforgettable.
