Perfect location and staff was very friendly.
Nothing

The hotel is located with a view facing the Parliament, but the room I received faced the back.
My night flight arrived before the official check-in time. I had asked in advance if I could check in a bit earlier, but I received no response, and the staff made no effort to assist.

Great location, great room size, great bathroom and especially the shower!! Netflix!!
No signs as to the location of the stairs on each floor. This should be highly visible in case of a fire. This could be a disaster waiting to happen.
One of 2 lifts not working. Evidently for the past 4-5 days, along with a slight sewage smell emanating from said lift. Hard to believe this couldn't be repaired within 24-48 hours in a hotel with such volumes of guests.

The location was good
Staff was helpful and friendly
The bathroom had no proper lights, shower area had no overhead lights, room carpet was dirty with stains, no side table instead they had a tree stump. Not enough storage in the room, very less lighting. How is anyone supposed to unpack without storage ?
Breakfast options for vegetarian was very less and very bad
