Clean and had a lift to the upper floors which was important for us. Great breakfast offering
Air conditioning did not seem to be working that well

A friendly hotel walking distance to the tourist attraction in Budapest. It is close to trams, underground parking close by was convenient. The room was comfortable, breakfast was good.

The staff were fantastic. The help we got when a personal crisis occurred was first class and really helped reduce the stress of the situation.

Location
Breakfast was ok
The pillows were absolutely atrocious. They were as if they were 20 years old & extremely uncomfortable
We stayed 3 nights & not once did anyone come to make our beds, give us clean towel plus we had to pay for a bottle of water
Its a cheap hotel, so you get what you pay for
