Beautiful historic architecture and preserved style.
Spacious and spotless rooms.
Delicious breakfast in a gorgeous dining room.
Helpful staff with fast response times.
Gym: Tiny, poorly equipped, unmaintained, and lacked drinking water.
Pool/Spa: Inconvenient opening hours.
Water: Room service didn't refill water cans, and we were charged for water.

It is a heritage palace (where Empress Sisi used to stay on her visits to Budapest) that had been converted into a beautiful hotel. The furnishings, restaurant, and location are all perfect! The hotel is less about a block from the Parliament building as well as the Danube, and there are plenty of restaurants close by apart from the hotel’s own. I must also mention that all the staff were very helpful; especially Usama and Sharsar, who gave me many useful tips on visiting the Parliament building, hot baths, and Danube cruises.

Beautiful hotel, especially the breakfast room. Everything was beyond our expectations. We will return to the hotel again next week.
The breakfast room services and blend cooked food could be improved.

The building and decor was fresh and clean and stunning
The lounge was a nice room but lacked atmosphere and the bar would have been better if it had been stocked.
