Location, staff, feel of the hotel, breakfast, room , artwork throughout hotel
Room next to road (albeit not constant traffic) and above restaurants which meant noisy on weekend but not a surprise as per previous visitor posts….still slept ok

Love Cape Heritage Hotel, very accessible to everywhere we were visiting. Also the staff went above and beyond to help me when I was sick!
There isn’t anything that I didn’t like.

The staff were friendly and it was value for money
Our rooms didn't have any window or the window couln't be opened as it was facing the internal staircase. Also the room was too close to the passageway so we felt it was loud and noisy and didn't have any privacy
