We rented this house nine years ago, and it was wonderful back then. However, hardly any investment seems to have been made since. Everything was still the same, which left us feeling less impressed with the house this time. After nine years of renting it out, you really need to invest more in the furnishings and equipment, especially at these rental rates!

Everything! location, 3 story building, 4 rooms. Jacuzzi n on top floor with great view.

Location and staff were both very good . In particular James was very helpful.
76 Waterkant St is not suitable for elderly visitors like my wife and myself because of the excessive number of steps/ stairs. We slept on the ground floor but still had to negotiate steps up from the street, onto a small landing, into the bedroom and then into the bathroom. We specifically did not use the stairs down to the basement bedroom or upto the first floor lounge/bedroom so as to avoid these risks.
The ground floor water was always either warm or scalding hot. Cold water from a tap was available on first floor only.
The sink in the ground floor bathroom sprayed out of the basin onto the user or floor. Apparently some tap problem.
The safe was tiny and the key didn’t work.
