It was a great location, close to the tube line and buses that we needed, walking distance to the Palaces, lovely cafes and restaurants around.
Luggage storage was great.
The room was fairly spacious as we had a bunkbed.
The blinds were good and there were no disturbing lights coming through for our sleep.
We had new towels every day and the shampoo and body wash were great.
We were also able to wash and dry our clothes.
The shower area was very small and nothing to clean up the water afterwards as it’s a wet room, so if you need the toilet some point after, you will be walking through a wet floor.
The spring mattress wasn’t that comfortable and there was not much option to sit anywhere other than the bunkbed or a stool if you had the top bed.
We didn’t use the air con that much, but when we did, it did smell of mould.

1. Cleanliness: staff does an amazing job keeping the place safe.
2. Location: very close to many touristic places such as palaces, shopping food street.
3. The vibes of the hostel: very peaceful and quiet.
4. Staff is very polite and helpful, very special thanks to the security staff, he was very kind to me and helped me out with finding food on my first day.
5. The design and facilities: the pastel calm colours kf the building made the place look very cozy, especially for girls :)
every bed had its own TV, so felt like almost a hotel. Plus, we have been provided with new towels on a daily basis.
I liked the hostel very much, some suggestions to improve:
1. I was told by the stuff that rooftop is not available anymore, was a bit sad by that. Would be nice to have it open.
2. It would be nice to add the regular iron, as the steaming iron was not comfy to use.
3. Maybe I missed, but maybe it would be nice to have ramen noodles packages in case people want to enjoy it without going outside.
4. Have a special discount for visitors who come again or stay often at HARU.

The shared lounges are beautiful
I stayed in the women only 4 bed room, which is a small room with bathroom and toilet in it. I really wouldn't recommend staying in that room due to the lack of space and the noise you get as soon as someone goes to the bathroom. I was disturbed by very late check-in and showering of other roommates at midnight. Lastly I found it a bit annoying that there was almost never someone present at the lobby for questions or help.
