The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location and breakfast was excellent. In addition, the staff organised very good tours and airport connections.
The riad wasn't quite as luxurious as we expected, However, the helpfulness of the staff, the excellent location, and quality of the breakfast more than made up for it. We would therefore recommend the riad.

Very friendly & considerate staff. Location, close to Souks, excellent. Riad itself was quiet despite being near busy commercial routes.
Long walk from taxi drop-off (though helped by people with handcarts transporting our luggage.

The breakfast in particular was heavenly, with a mix of local breads and pancakes and plenty of tea. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay great and accomodated all of our requests. The location and the rooms were ideal for a vacation with a big group.
Not a lot of options for private rooms.

Really well located in the center. Easy to walk in and out. The staff were helpful. The terrace was lovely - especially at night. Lovely seating area.
Nothing really. Take an eye mask as our room was really bright in the morning. WiFi could be hit or miss but there’s lots to try to get on throughout the property.
