We had a week staying in this beautiful Riad. We enjoyed the breakfast that was served on the roof terrace every morning by Mohammed. The pancakes went down particularly well as did the homemade yoghurt. We also booked to have a traditional Moroccan dinner on the roof terrace one evening and the food was definitely a five star and plenty of it.
Our room was spacious beautifully decorated, extremely clean and was tended to daily by the staff.
The Jacuzzi pool was lovely to dip into surrounded by banana trees and the roof terrace was perfect to soak up the sun.
Thank you Mohammed (both of you) for your kind hospitality and helpfulness and to the ladies we regularly greeted. Also a big thank you to Anne who kept in constant touch prior to our arrival. We truly felt like we were home from home and had one of our best holidays. We will definitely recommend you to all our friends and family and hope to return in the near future. Best wishes to you all.

This was my first time staying in a riad and my mums first time staying in Marrakesh so I wanted a safe location with easy access to the main road and square and wow Aloes was the perfect place! Mohammed and the other staff were incredibly kind and welcoming nothing was too much trouble. The airport shuttle was easy to navigate with clear instructions, the dinner the first night was amazing with a view. The Hammam and spa were incredible the women are very talented and friendly, the Jasmin room was cleaned every day to such a high standard was so comfortable and felt super homely! Having breakfast on the rooftop terrace was incredible and set us up for busy days exploring with a variation of Moroccan bread pancakes yogurt fruit and fresh orange juice! Extremely good value for money I would stay here again and even as a solo female traveller I would feel safe with the location we could walk to most restaurants and not relying on taxis and a good location for your pick ups which were within walking distance to the nearby main road which was approx a 5 min walk from the riad! Thank you for your incredible hospitality you made our trip amazing!

Room was lovely , however the bed far too big for the room and not enough space to walk around it.
Breakfast on the terrace was lovely.
Airport transfer service was poor - late and confused both ways.
Thought was poor that they charged guests (a lot) for use of the spa pool.
Pools in other Riads we stayed were free.

The staff were helpful. The receptionist organized a person to carry my suitcase through the Medina to the Koutoubia to catch a cab. There are no cars allowed which I didn’t know. It doesn’t say that on the website.
Even though the room was not small, it was rather dark. It definitely has seen better days. It really wasn’t the kind of Riad I had expected it to be. It was located in a back alley, very narrow and filthy. The shower of the bathroom was old and not very clean. The tiles looked crabby. Also they don’t give you a key, just a padlock for the room door. Imagine there is a fire. The steps are also very steep and one could slip easily.
