The service from the hotel staff was exceptional. They were very welcoming and helpful. The x2 bottles of wine in the fridge on arrival was a nice touch. Also being able to get free tea/coffee, water & sweets from the hotel was also well received. The breakfast was the best choice of hotel breakfast I've had for a long time.
