Everything was phenomenal - the incredible views from the room and balcony, the food, the spa, and the accommodations in general. The staff were beyond friendly, especially the servers at dinner and spa workers. I treated myself to the lowest cost massage they offered, and it was one of the best massages I've ever gotten - not just relaxing, but truly therapeutic. We reserved the half-board, so our breakfasts and dinners were covered by the hotel, and all were delicious. We looked most forward to finding out what the amuse bouche would be each night, as it was always delicious, and I don't think I will ever stop dreaming about the Verrine du Mont-Blanc dessert. We were so pleased about every single piece of our stay, and would highly recommend staying here!
There is not a thing that could have been better. It was a truly luxurious experience, and at a reasonable cost. I hope to be back someday soon.

Stunning setting, close to everything and within walking distance of the main attractions. The rooms were gorgeous, with breathtaking views of Mont Blanc. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making our stay even more special. A truly beautiful place that we would happily return to!

The checkin process was smooth and staff were very helpful. We were assigned a room across the street in the spa building for our 3 nights there.
The bed had two pillows per person. USB plugins on each side.
The pool was beautiful. Robes and beach towels were provided in the rooms on the closet shelf.
The hotel had no air conditioning! We had to sleep with the balcony door open. The summer of 2026 has been a record-breakingly hot few months in France, and even in early September it was uncomfortably warm. For a pricy resort hotel to lack air conditioning is hard to imagine.
The room was tiny to the point of being cramped. The room was almost triangular. There was only a stand for one suitcase; the other had to be laid out in the already-limited floor space.
The room had no refrigerator or couch or armchair. Other than the bed, there was a very small desk with no chair (we brought one in from the balcony).
Given the very high price for the room, we expected more of a luxury experience, especially a bedroom with adequate space and climate control. It was disappointing.
