The room we booked was very big. It had a dining table, chairs, kitchenette and a balcony with a view of the ocean. The bathroom was bigger than average. It was very clean.
The breakfast was fantastic. You had to choose upon arrival between the Japanese breakfast or the western breakfast. We chose the Japanese and were not disappointed. Lots of choice!
The only complaint is that the pillow was a bit too hard. We wanted to change, but there were no more available pillows.

The Premium tower rooms where we stayed were large, well appointed and very comfortable.
There are two restaurants that serve breakfast - one serves a Japanese style breakfast, the other, Western.
We tried both and enjoyed the Japanese style the most. Excellent selection of cooked and fresh foods, several varieties of sashimi, grilled snd cooked fish, scallops, oysters…. The kist goes on! There was tempura seafood, as well as Hokkaido soft serve ice cream in vanilla and coffee flavour.truly first class breakfasts. And staff who were attentive, helpful and always on hand.
There are onsens for both men and women too. And a massage service.
Nothing to not like.

Plenty of space, even enough to put all our luggage in a closet. Kitchenette and dining table allowed us to cook or reheat items from nearby convenience store, and once we worked out we could get dishwashing gear from reception we could clean up! Choice of Japanese restaurant or western restaurant for included breakfast - both were great, even had icecream!! Helpful staff, good shower and wifi. Easy walk to buses and trains for excursions. Great having onsen onsite. Appreciated a topsheet for the humid nights instead of an all-in-one duvet/cover.
Having got used to check-in and out by machine, it was a slow process here as a large group coincided with our arrival and a lot of info was given. Hard pillows. The toilet by the front door with bathroom on other side of apartment for handwashing. Perhaps some hand sanitiser in that cubicle could be included.

the fact it was a triple room with kitchenette and table was great and not too far from the station. Breakfast was great if not exactly what we were expecting. The view was great. The entrance lobby was fabulous and staff extremely warm welcoming and very helpful. Only a 15 minute walk from the station.
The kitchenette didn't have anything to wash up or dry with just lacked the basic kitchen stuff that no one is going to buy or a couple of nights stay. Our room was somewhat tired and could do with a bit of an update.
