Overall, this is a solid, clean choice for a stay in Hakodate. The location is great, making it very convenient to get around the city. Inside, the room is clean and the bed is very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring.
The main drawback to keep in mind is the size: both the room and the toilet/bathroom are really tiny. If you are traveling with large luggage or prefer a bit of elbow room, it will feel quite cramped.
