The splash pool next to my unit was amazing. I have enjoyed sliding into the bigger pool. The table and chairs in the patio were of high quality.
Automatic wifi connection after check-in. The smart TV is not so easy to operate. Thanks to my son who showed me how to use the start TV because I could have blamed the wifi connections. There is no tray in the kitchen. The shower is open therefore it must have a curtain if not then you need to build a small barrier to prevent the water from ruining into the wooden basin holder.

It has beautiful surroundings and the accommodation was very spacious and comfortable
We weren’t able to stream any of the apps, it was only DSTV with limited channels. Only found out when we got there that we had to bring a laptop if we wanted to stream anything.
We weren’t given fresh towels and the coffees weren’t restocked the next day.

Plenty of activity for kids and adults too
They could have been a bit more informative about where to get towels and entertainment gear when we checked in. A lot of the guests end up asking each other where to get things, when the reception team could have shared all required information at check in.

Heated splash pool in the hippo unit was very nice
The unit has a coffee machine, but no plug. None of the plugs were compatible. We were up at 5am and wanted to enjoy coffee with sunrise. Was a pity they only brought a suited plug at 7:30. We left without using it
