The staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. We had a wonderful break and truly enjoyed the experience. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!
There was some miscommunication regarding the number of rooms we had booked, and we were told that the entire group might need to be accommodated in one room or that some of us might have to move to different accommodation. But that was sorted by the time we arrived at the hotel.
The parking arrangements were also disappointing. Although we had been allocated a parking bay, someone else was using it when we returned to the hotel on our final evening.
