Very clean and comfortable room , great shower and bathroom and breakfast was simple but adequate and tasty. Special mention to Enis for my warm welcome on arrival late at night and the hotel arranged airport pick up was very smooth with a knowledgeable and friendly friendly driver. Leart was a very attentive host in the breakfast room as well.

Excellent breakfast and very helpful staff. Enjoyed the stay very much
Our rooms weren't cleaned on our second day. The hotel was very busy so someone must have forgot.

They served good coffee during breakfast. Staff were helpful and had a great shower.
The breakfast was awful and the selection was very minimum and mediocre. The hotel manager brings you the breakfast and you only get to choose how you'd like your eggs. Then a single slice of tomato, 2slices of cucumber that looked half dead, a tiny slice of feta/salad cheese and two different single slices of salami and 3 olives. Then a basket of bread with butter, jam and honey. Not the breakfast you expect at a "4* hotel".
The beds are very hard which also gave me very bad backache. Interior is outdated by almost 2decades This is NOT eligible to be a 4star hotel, it's more like a 2 star hotel. I was shocked that a hotel of this state got a 4star on its door and approved by Bookings.com.
