This apartment certainly has a wow factor but also feels very homely. Antonella was very welcoming and helpful, she allowed us to check in a little early and check out a little late to shower after we had completed Etna parkrun.
We had the upstairs apartment which has a separate kitchen/dining area equipped with a mini oven, fridge and sink which was very useful. The little balcony is nice for morning coffee or an evening drink. We thought the bed was very comfortable but appreciate this is a very personal choice.
Location is perfect for visiting Etna and also for local amenities.
Not within the control of the property but the street cleaners came very early in the morning so if you're a light sleeper make sure you have your earplugs.

The location was central and it was clean.
Very poor WiFi connection. When we arrived we were told we can park opposite the accomodation but in the evening we realised this was not possible due to towing zone.
