The room was beautiful. Wonderful bed, terrific shower. Friendly and helpful staff. On-site secured parking was great. We arrived late in the evening after a reservation error at another hotel. We're glad we needed to find NH! Everything was great. Highly, highly recommend. We had an early flight so we left before breakfast.
Nothing! Perfect.

Very nice hotel in a decent location
A bit noisy in the public room above (we were on the 9th floor). There was a concert outside the hotel that was a bit noisy too. Both of them stopped around midnight

Spacious rooms comfortable beds.
Bar down stairs wasn’t open roof top available but very formal and more dinner focused also had to join the club? to use which wasn’t the information provided at check in

The location
Poor bathroom condition and ants that seem to be a normal things for the receptionist, as for the issue with the shower, it is simply our issue because we do not know how to use it.
