The staff at the reception, in the kitchen, and in the service team are very friendly and welcoming. I do not drink cold water from the water dispenser, and whenever I ask for room-temperature water, they are always happy to provide it. They communicate in a very friendly, kind, and helpful manner. I truly appreciate their excellent service and the way they make me feel welcome.
Unfortunately, my experience with the housekeeping staff was disappointing. They were not friendly or welcoming and often came across as arrogant. Even when I greeted them with “Good morning,” they rarely responded.
I believe that every guest deserves to be treated with kindness, respect, and courtesy, regardless of their background or nationality. Their behaviour made me feel uncomfortable, and I couldn’t help but wonder whether I was being treated this way because of my nationality or whether other guests had a similar experience.
I hope the management will take this feedback into consideration and remind the housekeeping staff of the importance of treating all guests with equal respect and friendliness.

Very nice place for the family vacation.Very good service. Especially for the price. The stuff is polite and tolerant ,always ready to help you with anything you need. Good fresh, food ,variety of dishes. The pool is nice and clean, there were always several hotel residents but never crowdy ,always plenty of tents and sunbeds. The location is quiet and relatively remote from the city center ,but you can always take a bus which passes near the hotel every twenty-thirty minutes. The beach is at the 5 minutes walk distance. The beach is wild but clean and nice for walking. It is totally up to you how much you going to spend at the bar.
