The staff is very helpfull and super nice! Never stayed in a hotel with such helpfull and thoughtfull staff before! Deff recommended!! And the location is so close to everything you might need with a 24/7 kiosk next door!
The shower stream is a bit on the soft/low side.. wish a bit more water came out of there so i could wash the shampoo out of my hair a bit better.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The building seems relatively new or recently renovated, so everything feels fresh and in good condition. There are shops nearby, which is very convenient.
The pool area is lovely, clean and comfortable, with good-quality sun loungers and cushions.
The staff were genuinely friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. I particularly appreciated being allowed to use the pool and other hotel facilities after checking out, as my flight wasn't until the evening.
My room was on the fourth floor, but the lift was fast and worked perfectly. Reception is staffed throughout the day, and after midnight the entrance is secured with an access code, which gives an extra sense of security.
Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay.
The location is a little further from the promenade and beaches than I would have preferred, although it's not a major inconvenience.
My room faced a fairly busy road, so there was some traffic noise, but the windows provided reasonably good sound insulation, and traffic became much quieter after midnight. There are also several late-night bars across the road, which can get rather noisy at weekends.
There was no safe in the room, and the TV offered only a handful of channels — although, honestly, who goes to Cyprus to watch television?
The pool water was quite cold, but considering it was the second half of October and nobody promised a heated pool, I can hardly complain about that.
Overall, these were minor inconveniences rather than serious complaints, and they certainly didn't spoil my stay.

Clean, spacious apartments and lovely pool.

Quick check in, friendly staff at the reception.
The hotel was not very clean. There was quite a lot of dust on the shelves in the kitchen, oily plates, lift’s entrance is dirty. and the balcony had clearly not been cleaned for months. It is also quite far from the main beach area, and the surrounding location is not particularly nice. The nearest part of the coastline visible from the balcony is an industrial area with cranes and excavators, where swimming is not possible.
