The property is really beautiful and villas are really cute. The staff are friendly and helpful but English is limited so pick up some basic Spanish. LOVED the mirrors with the built in lighting and access to full kitchen. They have items you can by at reception which is helpful considering there is nothing close by. Check in and check out was a breeze. They can help with calling a taxi. Really close to the beach.
The room I stayed in wasn't cleaned properly. There were still some crumbs on the kitchen counter. Considering there is nothing close by, it would make sense that they would give at least some coffee or even 1 tea bag for the first night. It makes little sense to have a kitchen with all the pots and pans but nothing to make. Of course, you can buy from the little tuck shop at reception but for the price would it be too much to ask for to have a tiny sachet of coffee or tea just to tide you over. We checked in really late and night so everything was closed. I got stuck in the bathroom plexiglass swing door bc the rubber was not installed properly and it would only open the wrong way out which was blocked by the toilet seat. I cried for help for hours before my friends heard me and come to help. That was rather scary. Close to check out, I must have received 12 emails from them asking to rate and review them. That was really annoying because our stay was already very chaotic during torrential rain the entire trip, going back and forth to the closest supermarket (which is not close by foot) in the rain, and not really ever feel settled in or able to enjoy to then get non stop emails. I cannot justify the price for this place.

El personal es muy amable
Es un hotel descuidado, no hay relación con el precio se me hizo muy caro para lo que pagamos, se ve que no fumigan, hay insectos y la limpieza no hace nada, se pueden quedar por días, nos proporcionaron un número de WhatsApp el cual nunca contestan, solo pintan las fachadas pero por dentro se ven descuidados, nos encontramos un alacrán adentro del departamento, marcamos al WhatsApp y obvio no contestaron, me parece muy peligroso encontrarte algo así, es obvio que no hay Fumigacion ni mantenimiento dentro de los departamentos.
No lo recomiendo para nada.
No regresaría a este hotel.
Me va a molestar mucho leer la respuesta del hotel diciendo “sentimos mucho que tú experiencia no haya sido de tu agrado… “ de verdad inviertan, con tanto que cobran, están súper feos los departamentos, la regadera está vieja, no de verdad están feas.
El wifi súper mal, no tenía buena señal.
Booking les recomiendo que chequen los hoteles que tienen en su plataforma.
