The staff were wonderful and helpful. Unfortunately, one of us were too ill to fly on our last night. Benito, Alejandro, and Jaime were very helpful in accommodating us for an extra night, rearranging taxi reservations, and recommending a nearby clinic, that all worked out well. The woman who provided room service (who's name I didn't get a change to ask, apologies) was tip top. And the house pets, Bruno and Agata, were sweet as can be.

The property is very well located, 6 blocks away from the main square.
The hotel is clean, pretty and new.
The personnel are very nice, helpful and friendly.

Charming character and comfortable rooms in an excellent location with an attentive and personable staff.

Nice outdoor area & nice staff
Uncomfortable bed, little to no breakfast, decor is fairly boring compared to other Oaxaca hotels and doors and all elements are fairly cheaply done
