The staff truly makes the hotel! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and they definitely made my stay even more enjoyable.
A special mention goes to Maher Shaheen, who went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable during my days by the pool. Khaled, Zaky Abdelshafy, Ahmed Atatout, Mahmoud El Sheikh, and Ramy Nazmy were also kind and attentive. I especially want to mention Mark and Helmy from the pool bar, who made my poolside moments even more enjoyable with their great service and friendly attitudes.
The restaurants are very good too. Ivory Restaurant is much quieter than the main restaurant and offers gluten-free and plant-based options, which is a great advantage.
The hotel also has an app that allows you to manage your stay, book à la carte restaurants, and check the daily entertainment and activity program. It's a convenient way to stay informed about what's happening at the hotel and make the most of your holiday.
One thing that really stood out to me was the hotel's thoughtful approach to guests on their departure day. After checking out, I was offered a room where I could shower and change. I have stayed at quite a few resorts, but this was the first time I had experienced such a thoughtful service! It allowed me to enjoy my last day by the pool instead of having to spend it sitting in the reception lobby. Another great touch is that they don't cut off your wristband after checkout, meaning you can continue enjoying everything the hotel has to offer until you leave. I absolutely loved this!
Finally, the hotel is situated on a street with plenty of shops, making it a pleasant place to take an evening stroll and do some shopping.
Overall, a wonderful experience, made even more special by the amazing staff and the little details that make such a big difference. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
Of course, there were a few minor things that could be improved. The Wi-Fi connection wasn't very reliable in some areas of the hotel. Another small inconvenience was that there was no soap dispenser by the bathroom sink in my room. This meant that whenever I wanted to wash my hands, I had to use the bathtub dispenser instead, which wasn't practical. To be fair, I never informed the staff about this, so I'm not sure whether it could have been resolved during my stay. There was also supposed to be a foam party, but I received conflicting information about whether it would take place at the beach or by the pool, and in the end, I couldn't find it anywhere. Another small disappointment was that the swim-up bar was not operating in both pools, which would have been a nice addition to the pool experience. Finally, the hotel's app indicated that Layali Restaurant was open for lunch, but when I checked, it wasn't. It would be helpful if the information on the app were kept up to date, as guests rely on it to plan their day.

The food has a variety of dishes, and the staff try to offer and sort out any issues. The location is far from the centre and the beach; you can't swim in this water, but there is still a chance to make a party on the beach at night. All the drinks and snacks are available on the beach.
The beach: I can't swim in it as it is not fit for swimming. Location is far from the centre. the remote TV was not working, and the door of the cupboard was broken. I asked customer service, but they quickly fixed it, but it should be ready before I come.

I always enjoy staying at this resort because I spend my holidays here regularly. I was happy to see the improvements and development since my last visit. The room was exceptionally clean, and the reception staff, especially Ali and Karim, were very professional, friendly, and helpful. They answered all of my questions patiently and made the check-in process smooth. Special thanks as well to the housekeeping team for their excellent work.
Some of the bar staff could be friendlier and more welcoming, especially with non-foreign (local) guests. Also, the staff at the pizza restaurant often seemed unhappy or unfriendly. On one occasion, I heard staff members arguing and using inappropriate language with each other inside the kitchen, which did not create a pleasant atmosphere for guests.

Massive resort with plenty of pools, a long beach, a decent aqua park and spacious, comfortable family rooms. Ivory Restaurant was by far the highlight, with excellent service from Mr Mahmoud, Mr Emad and Mr Ahmed, while Ossama from housekeeping was also exceptionally helpful. Good evening entertainment and decent Wi-Fi speed when connected.
The “VIP All Inclusive” package was disappointing, with several restaurants, drinks and meals either excluded or requiring additional payment; Floret was chaotic and some staff were unfortunately very rude. We also experienced electricity/water interruptions on three separate occasions — meaning no AC in July — as well as repeated Wi-Fi problems and inconsistent information from reception. Overall, a very mixed experience and I would probably choose a different resort next time.
