You cannot ask for a better stay in Sarajevo. The highlights are:
1. Clean rooms that have adequate storage, outlets, and which are quiet and dark at night. There is adequate hot water, water pressure and strong internet.
2. Perfect location a 5 minute walk to the old town and no more than a 30 minute walk from pretty much any tourist site in the city. Adequate food, coffee and shopping nearby.
3. Validate is a perfect host. She is communicative, arranges taxis to the airport, is a wealth of information about the region, and genuinely connects with people. Her breakfasts are large, generous and delicious. She is available by WhatsApp or Viber whenever you need something.
All of this is for excellent value for money.
Not a single thing.

Echoing all the other travelers, Valida, the owner, is really the star here. She is so generous and kind, as well as a fantastic conversationalist. She makes a wonderful breakfast and runs a great place. The guesthouse is so close to the Baščaršija without being right in the middle of the busy streets. The rooms are clean and functional. It's like staying in someone's guest room at their home!
The wifi wasn't always the greatest right next to the bed, but that's OK -- I was on vacation, I didn't need to do work and could just read.

The location was great. Just a few blocks from Old Town. The hostess was super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay
