The location is fantastic! Really convenient to everything, breakfast was good. The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. The room was nice and compact and met all my expectations. I loved the area surrounding it. A little loud at night due to the bars nearby but that is to be expected when you look for accommodations in the heart of the old town. It has nothing to do with this hotel (would have been the case anywhere in that location). I had ear plugs and that helped. I would stay there again.

Old Town Hotel is located in the heart of the old historic section of Sarajevo with restaurants and shops just of few steps away. The location couldn't have been any better. The Bosnian specialties at breakfast along with the rest of the choices were an added delight. The staff was absolutely awesome.
Nothing comes to mind.

The location is amazing - right in Sarajevo 'old town'. Nevertheless, parking is available which was great for someone like me who was travelling by car. The staff are wonderful - fabulous to talk to and so engaging - chatting to them every day was a delight. My room on the 3rd floor was perfect and the breakfast is delicious and there's plenty of choice. Highly recommend for a Sarajevo city break.
